By using our services and making payments through Stripe, you agree to comply with this Fulfillment Policy.

**Order Processing Time:** 

• Upon successful payment through Stripe, WayeCreative will begin processing your order promptly.  

• The processing time may vary based on the type of service ordered and the specific requirements outlined in the job description, but usually takes 2-5 business days.  

• High demand periods or delays in receiving necessary information from the client may extend processing times.

**Communication and Collaboration:**  

• Effective communication between clients and WayeCreative is essential to ensure the accurate and timely completion of services.  

• Clients are responsible for providing all necessary information and materials required for the successful fulfillment of the service.

**Deposit Policy:**  

• Clients are required to pay for services in advance of delivery. 

**Service Delivery:** 

• WayeCreative is committed to delivering high-quality services within the agreed-upon timelines. 

• Clients will receive updates and notifications regarding the progress of the service through the WayeCreative platform.  

• Services are typically delivered via email or the WayeCreative online platform.

**Refund Policy:**  

• WayeCreative follows a general no-refund policy unless a bespoke accommodation is requested and approved within 2 business days.  

• Refund requests are only considered if the client purchased a service mistakenly, in the wrong amount, or the project scope has changed.  

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to dean@wayecreative.com and include the reason for the request and any relevant documentation.

**Dispute Resolution:** 

• In case of any disputes or disagreements between clients and WayeCreative, both parties are encouraged to resolve the matter through open communication.  

• If a resolution cannot be reached, third-party mediation services may be utilized.

**Payment Confirmation:** 

• Upon successful completion and delivery of the service, clients are required to confirm the service’s acceptance via email.  

• Services are purchased ahead of service delivery in all cases.  

• Confirmation of payment acceptance triggers the completion of the transaction, and funds will be processed through the Stripe payment system.

**Cancellation Policy:** 

• Clients may request the cancellation of a service order with a 30-day notice period if no work has been delivered.  

• Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to WayeCreative at dean@wayecreative.com.  

• The 30-day notice period is calculated from the date the cancellation request is received.

**Currency Information:** 

• Transactions on WayeCreative are conducted in various currencies, including but not limited to USD (United States Dollar), CAD (Canadian Dollar), and AUD (Australian Dollar). This is dependent on the client’s location.  

• Currency conversion rates are determined by Stripe’s payment system.

**Security and Privacy:** 

• WayeCreative prioritizes the security and privacy of payment information processed through Stripe. 

• All financial transactions are conducted securely through Stripe’s payment gateway, and sensitive information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By using WayeCreative and making payments through Stripe, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Fulfillment Policy. WayeCreative reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review this policy periodically for any changes.
